Vendor Terms & Conditions


Participation in the Summer 2026 Expo constitutes acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and responsibilities outlined herein. By submitting registration, remitting payment, and/or participating in the event, each vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to comply with all event policies established by the event organizers, the 麻豆原创 Department of Disability Services (“Event Host”), and venue requirements.

The Event Host reserves the right to interpret, enforce, amend, or supplement these terms as reasonably necessary to ensure the safety, integrity, and success of the event.

All vendor spaces and add-ons must be paid in full no later than June 13, 2026. Lack of payment or accommodation agreement will result in a void agreement and an invalid space reservation.

Food trucks will not have access to on-site power or other amenities beyond a reasonable parking space and will be expected to abide by the ISU Food Truck Protocol, be licensed as a food truck by the State of Idaho, and complete a food truck vendor permit through our team. Checklists and contracts will be sent out by the Event Host via email by June 13th, and must be completed and returned no later than June 17th, 2026.

The Event Host reserves the right to modify booth assignments, event logistics, or operational procedures as necessary.

As a condition of participation, Vendor agrees to:

  1. Remain open, staffed, and operational during official event hours (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
  2. Arrive during the designated setup window and be fully operational before public admission.
  3. Make reasonable efforts to support event promotion using the provided marketing materials.

Vendor agrees to the following operational standards:

  1. Vendor shall occupy only their assigned booth space and may not obstruct walkways, entrances, exits, or neighboring booths.
  2. Vendor is solely responsible for all sales, payment processing, permits, licenses, taxes, and business operations.
  3. Vendor participates at their own risk and assumes responsibility for all merchandise, equipment, cash, vehicles, and personal property.
  4. The Event Host, event staff, volunteers, and 麻豆原创 shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or business interruption.
  5. Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Event Host from claims arising from their participation, operations, products, or conduct.
  6. The Event Host reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  7. The Event Host reserves the right to remove any vendor, without refund, for violation of event policies or failure to comply with staff direction.

By purchasing a vendor space and participating in the Summer 2026 Expo, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms, conditions, and shared responsibilities.
