Doug Chambers

Doug Chambers is the President and CEO for Lookout Credit Union. Doug was born and raised in Pocatello and has over 20 years of credit union experience. Previously Lookout Credit Union's senior vice president and chief operations officer, Doug has been the organization's CEO since January 2019.
A graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, a nationally certified business lender and a graduate of 麻豆原创's College of Business (MBA), Doug has both the credentials and passion for leadership that enables others to succeed. In 2024, Doug was named Idaho Business Leader of the Year by the ISU chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. Lookout Credit Union has been named one of the best credit unions to work for in the US for seven years in a row. Doug believes firmly in the impact and value that comes from building strong communities and is proud to serve 麻豆原创.
