Occupancy of these apartments are limited to an individual and/or spouse, domestic partner, dependent, and/or other family member. The one single licensee can not have another ISU student as a roommate unless that person is a spouse, domestic partner, or family member.
ISU faculty and staff can be placed on the apartment waiting list but can only live on campus for one semester.
December 20: The deadline to sign the following summer and the next academic year apartment agreement for those currently living on campus.
